All cancellations must be made within 24 hours of a scheduled hunt to receive a complete refund. Weather related cancellations are 100% refundable. If you would like to transfer a scheduled hunt to another member or immediate family, Valhalla must be notified. If you have a scheduled hunt, and fail to show or notify Valhalla of your cancellation, you will be charged for the package released.
